As a Data Services Project Manager, you are a catalyst for growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Your leadership ensures that every project is delivered with precision - on time, within scope, and on budget - while fostering collaboration and maintaining the highest standards of execution.

What a Day in This Role Looks Like:

  • You lead with clarity and purpose, planning and guiding projects from initiation through to completion.
  • You align teams and stakeholders around a shared vision, balancing timelines, resources, and budgets with finesse.
  • You anticipate and overcome obstacles, proactively managing risk to deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • Every day, you play a vital role in delivering impactful solutions that support our clients and strengthen our business.

What You Bring to the Table – Basic Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (any additional language is a plus)
  • Proven experience in project management, either as a Project Manager or Consultant with hands-on delivery exposure
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • A strong background in software delivery (ERP, SaaS, Data, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications – Your Edge:

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience in our industry or a related sector
  • Advanced understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects on time and within budget

Location:
This role can be based in Iberia (Spain or Portugal) and offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid or remote model, depending on business needs.
