As a Data Services Project Manager, you are a catalyst for growth, innovation, and operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you directly support our strategic business objectives by enabling sustainable expansion, optimizing processes, and elevating the client experience. Your leadership ensures that every project is delivered with precision - on time, within scope, and on budget - while fostering collaboration and maintaining the highest standards of execution.

What a Day in This Role Looks Like:

  • You lead with clarity and purpose, planning and guiding projects from initiation through to completion.
  • You align teams and stakeholders around a shared vision, balancing timelines, resources, and budgets with finesse.
  • You anticipate and overcome obstacles, proactively managing risk to deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • Every day, you play a vital role in delivering impactful solutions that support our clients and strengthen our business.

What You Bring to the Table – Basic Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (any additional language is a plus)
  • Proven experience in project management, either as a Project Manager or Consultant with hands-on delivery exposure
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • A strong background in software delivery (ERP, SaaS, Data, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications – Your Edge:

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience in our industry or a related sector
  • Advanced understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects on time and within budget

Location:
This role can be based in Iberia (Spain or Portugal) and offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid or remote model, depending on business needs.
