Description & Requirements

A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

  • Handle testing independently.
  • Assess defects related to customer issues and feature enhancements.
  • Create and execute test cases and document the results.
  • Report defects, track them in the defect management tool, and verify them once fixed.
  • Work closely with developers and senior testers to understand the technical requirements.
  • Actively participate in defect reviews.

 

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing concepts, including different testing types (e.g., functional, regression, integration, smoke testing) and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of ticket tracking tools (e.g., JIRA or any similar tools) and test case management tools (e.g., Zephyr or any similar tools)
  • Familiarity with development methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automation testing is a plus
  • Experience in manufacturing/ERP is a plus.
  • A basic understanding of programming languages is a plus.
