Description & Requirements

Position Summary

Taking the lead on a strategic consulting projects and implementation of TPM software. This encompasses being responsible for leading project problem definition, requirements gathering, approach design, solution recommendations and senior stakeholder wiring & influencing

Essential Duties 

            Defining the approach & delivering consulting projects (incl. client app implementations)

             Implementing software geared towards the value proposition and client requirements

            Analysing client data to deliver actionable insights to enable our clients to do something differently in their business

            Managing multiple client consulting projects & implementations at the same time

            Building and managing long lasting client relationships, winning upsell and extensions to our projects

            Support on commercial business development to win new business

            Developing compelling selling stories, presentations & proposals to share with prospects

            Delivering internal efficiencies through new technology & ways of working

            Travelling across Asia Pacific, mainly to work with our top tier clients

Basic Qualifications

You will have 4+ years' work experience in a data-driven or strategic consulting role or experience in revenue management, sales or finance for a consumer brands company.

Experience working with TPM software is highly preferred.

You will have experience managing complex consulting projects and/or software implementations and you will be comfortable managing and influencing clients by speaking to senior stakeholders on a regular basis. We want someone who has a thirst for innovation & driving change, both internally & externally, who is not afraid to challenge the status quo. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, in a role with lots of variation, and be comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures.

Preferred Qualifications

University degree in STEM or Business/Economics and experience working internationally preferred

            FMCG market knowledge (desired)

            Trade pricing structures

            Promotional effectiveness methodology

            Strong conceptual and planning skills with ability to balance competing priorities to always deliver

            Strategic thinker with a ‘practical’/tactical perspective for execution

            Keen analytical skills and eye for details

            Creative thinker and solution provider – ‘can do’

            Proactive and able to work independently with a high level of autonomy

            Ability to influence senior teams internally and externally to adopt a proposed course of action

            Excellent interpersonal skills – internally and externally
