Description & Requirements

The Process & Tooling Manager will partner with Corporate Operations senior leadership to establish and improve best practices for program management tooling and reporting across Infor’s corporate priorities. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to stakeholder requirements to develop and create a Corporate Operations process and tooling roadmap that ensures alignment with the vision of Corporate Operations and Infor objectives. 
  • Incorporate lessons learned to identify improvement opportunities and to refine process efficiencies for scalability and repeatability across the Corporate Operations team.
  • Act as business owner for the project/program management tool (ClickUp).
  • Conduct training sessions and create user guides to enhance team competency and ensure consistent adoption. 
  • Identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
  • Prepare progress reports, portfolio, and roadmap updates for senior leadership review and challenge.
  • Analyze dashboard data to provide insights and recommendations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with ClickUp, SharePoint, Power BI, and other tools.
  • Experience with data visualization.
  • Experience as a program manager.
  • Experience building cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Degree in business management, program management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with analytics and  reporting including dashboard creation.
