Description & Requirements

The intern will develop a GenAI-based assistant using Python, enabling users to interact with demand forecasts in natural language. The assistant will answer questions about feature importance, potential adjustments, and data patterns, adding interpretability and usability to the AI Engine while ensuring data confidentiality.

Essential Duties

  • Integrate a GenAI-based assistant that provides interactive explanations of demand forecasts.
  • Implement core functions, such as identifying and explaining key features, suggesting new features, and offering parameter adjustments to improve forecast quality.
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Collect user feedback to refine the assistant’s capabilities in improving forecast understanding.

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills, particularly in Python.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and GenAI concepts.
  • Understanding of demand forecasting and machine learning fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data security in GenAI applications.
  • Knowledge of model interpretation techniques, such as SHAP or feature importance.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in clear, user-friendly language.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
