Description & Requirements

The HRBP Senior serves as a key partner to business unit and cluster leaders, driving the execution of HR programs, employee engagement, and workforce initiatives at the operational level. This role manages employee relations cases, ensures policy compliance, and provides hands-on support to people managers. By translating enterprise HR strategies into local action, the HRBP Senior helps align talent priorities with business needs—strengthening organizational effectiveness, team development, and leadership capability within the cluster.

What You Will Need?
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in an HR Business Partner supporting leaders or business units.
  • Strategic HR Exposure: Experience supporting workforce planning, organization changes, and employee engagement efforts in partnership with business leaders.
  • Employee Relations: Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor law and experience managing ER cases with sound judgment and documentation practices.
  • Project Execution: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and implement HR programs or initiatives, including employee engagement, policy rollout, and performance management cycles.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand business goals and translate them into aligned HR solutions.
  • Communication & Influence: Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to coach people managers.
  • Data Orientation: Experience using HR metrics, reports, and tools to identify trends and inform decisions.
  • Tools: Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language: Strong written and verbal communication skill
A Day In A Life Typically Includes:
  • Act as a strategic partner to business unit and cluster leaders, supporting the alignment of people strategies with local business objectives
  • Translate global and regional HR initiatives into locally relevant actions, ensuring effective implementation and impact
  • Provide data-driven insights and HR recommendations to influence decision-making on workforce planning, team design, and engagement
  • Manage employee relations matters with sound judgment and consistency, partnering with legal and compliance teams as needed
  • Monitor trends in engagement, and performance to proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Support execution of core HR programs (e.g., talent reviews, performance management, engagement surveys) within assigned teams
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, and other HR Teams to deliver integrated HR support to business units
  • Advise and coach people managers on employee lifecycle processes, team effectiveness, and navigating HR policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies, and contribute to audit readiness and policy governance
  • Participate in cluster-level projects and cross-functional initiatives to enhance HR operations and employee experience
