Description & Requirements

The Senior HRBP Manager plays a key strategic role in shaping and executing HRBP initiatives across both regional and local levels. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, this role drives workforce strategy, leads high-impact HR programs, and manages cross-functional projects that align with business priorities. The role oversees organizational development, complex employee relations, and policy governance, while also championing supervisor enablement and leadership coaching. With a strong focus on strategic partnership, the Senior HRBP Manager ensures alignment of local execution with global HR direction, using data-driven insights to inform planning and decision-making across the enterprise.

What You Will Need?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications ) is a plus but not required.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership HRBP role .
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex HR projects or programs across geographies. Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using structured project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP framework) is highly valued.
  • Experience in coaching HR professionals and working cross-functionally with global and regional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders, translate business needs into HR strategies, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Solid working knowledge of Philippine labor law and application of ER practices within a compliant, high-integrity framework.
  • Skilled in interpreting HR data and workforce analytics to influence decisions and drive action plans.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms; MS Applications including Excel and PPT 
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
A Day In A Life Typically Includes:
  • Owns Principal-level HRBP responsibilities and drives large-scale organizational programs.
  • Leads macro-level workforce strategy and cross-functional priorities.
  • Provides direct coaching and strategic counsel to senior leadership.
  • Collaborates with senior leaders and cross-functional HR teams to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Partners with other HRBP's to drive consistent and high-impact HR execution across regions
  • Oversees complex employee relations (ER) cases.
  • Ensures consistent application of policy and legal compliance across locations
  • Leads development and implementation of location-wide OD initiatives.
  • Shapes employee engagement strategy and execution at the enterprise level.
  • Drives workforce planning through data analytics in partnership with Talent Acquisition (TA) and business units.
  • Leads end-to-end execution of key HR programs and projects with cross-functional scope and impact.
  • Delivers workforce insights and analytics to support location and cluster decision-making.
  • Analyzes and synthesizes survey results to support strategic planning and engagement improvement.
  • Ensures alignment with HR policies and labor regulations; upholds policy governance across all locations.
  • Coaches people managers and elevates their leadership capabilities.
  • Leads enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at supervisor development.
  • Ensures alignment of cluster workforce initiatives with global HR programs and standards.
