The Delivery Success Manager will oversee the daily administration and coordination of the assigned portfolio for the specified region ensuring proactive interactions with the customers, as per laid out company policies and procedures, project management guidelines and best practices.
A Day in Life Typically Includes:
· Overseeing all activities and systems to ensure exceptional service delivery to both external and internal customers.
· Carrying out contract management tasks to ensure contracts are renewed on time and change orders are processed.
· Managing assigned projects and handling all related administrative tasks, such as resource assignments, verifying time and rate accuracy, initiating necessary adjustments, reviewing/approving invoices and closing projects in a timely manner.
· Monitoring and controlling project financials, such as margins and revenue, reporting based on established KPIs.
· Serving as a liaison among internal departments to address and resolve issues that arise with customers and consultants.
· Acting as the primary contact for customers, proactively engaging with them to provide added value and keep them informed.
· Continuously developing and enhancing professional skills, adapting to changes in expertise as required by evolving customer demands.
Basic Qualifications:
· Experience working with, and/or coordinating the efforts of multiple parties (e.g. third parties, clients, and offshore departments)
· Full proficiency in English
· Proven problem-solving abilities, along with strong financial comprehension and analytical skills
· Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment, ability to work under pressure, manage priorities while meeting deadlines
· Demonstrated credibility, professionalism, decisiveness and pro-active approach
· Self-motivated and self-managed, contribution motivated
· Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills
· Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player, offering support to colleagues as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
· Any combination of the following: Project management experience, experience working with services sales and delivery teams
· Bonus points for ITIL 4, PRICE 2, Agile Certifications
· Swedish/Danish language is nice to have
