The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting corporate employees with “client side” technology including PC maintenance, peripheral support, mobile phone support, audio/visual tools, troubleshooting, and management of software and company assets.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting company PCs and laptops
  • Performing installations, configurations, and upgrading tasks
  • Researching and evaluating hardware and software
  • Making recommendations for improving performance
  • Assisting corporate employees with audio/visual issues and video conferencing solutions
  • Managing mobile devices and inventory


Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Teams, MacOS, and WindowsOS
  • Previous experience providing PC support
  • Previous inventory management experience
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in computer science or information technology
  • Previous experience with mobile device management
  • Previous experience with audio/visual support
  • IT-related certifications
