The Early Talent full-stack Associate Software Engineer ensures that we continuously provide quality code that covers the needs of the customer.  He/ She also ensures that the proper safeguards are created such that issues do not reoccur down the line - this can be covered by unit tests.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
• Translates design into code following company standards for product quality and maintainability
• Performs maintenance fixes on existing products.
• Obtains peer review of the code.
• Provides analysis of current program functionality.
• Performs code improvements to eliminate program issues and inefficiencies while maintaining application functionality.
        • Recommends design alternatives to enhance the performance and functionality of application software.
• Performs unit tests and works with Business and QA analysts to help perform regression test and system tests.
• Works with Business Analysts to help document the final implementation of the design.

What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. 
• Good English communication skills
                ○ Full-stack inclination
○ Java as main language of choice for backend
○ React as main language of choice for frontend
○ Knowledge in
§ Java
                        § ReactJS
§ Web Development
                        § Software Development Life Cycle
What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge in the ff. 
○ ERP business processes 
○ Agile Development Methodology (Scrum and Kanban)
       ○ Experience in Eclipse IDE
       ○ Spring Framework
       ○ SQL/PostgreSQL
