Our growing hospitality software consulting organization is looking for a Team Lead of Application Consultants for our North America consulting practice.  This role is a supervisory role, representing Infor's commitment to training and product support while collaborating with professional services and support personnel to ensure a quality product and service delivery.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
  • Manage all aspects of on-site training and installation of Infor's hospitality property management software application and possibly other hospitality products.
  • Conduct standardized training courses using Infor training documentation.
  • Provide on-site transitional support of software installation go-live.
  • Provide feedback to customer and Infor on training participants’ progress.
  • Provide timely communication of project status to customer and Infor.
  • Maintain superior product knowledge and complete product competency certification.
  • Monitor your team members' utilization.
  • Mentor/Coach your team.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Supervisory or managerial experience with up to 10 team members.
  • Experience with delivering presentations, both internal and external.
  • Experience in hotel management.
  • Experience including housekeeping, accounting, revenue management and/or operations.
  • Experience with PC operations, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
  • Must hold or obtain a valid U.S. passport for potential international travel.
  • Ability to travel, as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Software application training experience.
  • Resort and gaming operations experience.
  • Experience with Windows OS, and Microsoft SQL.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish/French.

Location: US Remote (Dallas, TX and Alpharetta, GA)
