Beschrijving & Vereisten

Responsible for completing White Glove provisioning tasks for all newly provisioned multi-Tenant production customer tenants for the various industry-based CloudSuites. This includes working with various teams to address technical issues encountered.

Essential Duties:
  • Perform technical activities for post-provisioning tasks per the documented Cloudsuite guidelines
  • Identify and report provisioning, product, and environmental defects encountered when executing the White Glove provisioning tasks; work with White Glove process management resources to address
  • Work with Cloud Operations, development, and other teams to understand the cause of defects encountered during White Glove provisioning tasks, the interim workarounds to address defects for new tenants, and plans and timelines for permanent fixes
  • Apply interim fixes during White Glove provisioning tasks where/when applicable
  • Assist with the identification and documentation of new post provisioning validations based on White Glove provisioning tasks as well as defect Jiras, and work with PPV QA resources to have them incorporated into production PPV scripts
  • Execute a checklist of all White Glove provisioning tasks for each tenant
  • Identify when White Glove provisioning documents and checklist templates become out of sync with new product versions/updates, and work with White Glove process management to bring up to date accordingly
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve other tenant provisioning issues which would have resulted in customer/GPS/Partner escalations

Basic Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, product development, cloud technology, or other software related positions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and / or equivalent experience
  • Ability to quickly learn various aspects of a wide variety of products
  • Ability to adopt new processes and procedures on an on-going basis, and adapt to quickly changing environments and directives
  • Ability to analyze issues & recommend solutions
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to drive high priority tasks to an accurate and timely conclusion and deliver quality, accurate work within established deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaborative team settings
  • Proven interpersonal, presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with team members
  • Strong problem resolution skills
  • Willingness to adhere to guidelines and standards, and seek guidance where needed
  • High attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in use of issue and project management tracking software, such as Jira
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with Agile development and delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working with data solutions integrated with enterprise system
  • Familiarity with Infor CloudSuites
