Beschrijving & Vereisten

This position is responsible for the license sales success in the nominated Industry Accounts across Japan region. The overall objective of this role is to achieve or exceed sales targets each quarter and financial year by leading strategic and transformational SaaS deals.

Essential Duties
  • Responsible for the territory planning, and sales execution in nominated accounts across allocated industry.
  • Responsible for the creation of the account plan and value selling  across the nominated accounts.
  • Responsible for selling new software licenses (SaaS), achieving quarterly and annual sales quota targets in the assigned accounts.
  • Work with Infor internal teams, Partners and  Network to drive new software license deals.
  • Responsible for maintaining sales opportunities in CRM and submitting required sales reporting to the respective Sales Director/Manager.
  • Establish contacts and build positive relationships/networks with senior level decision makers across allocated Accounts.

Basic Qualifications
  • Proven sales track record and achievements of sales targets in enterprise business application software industry through direct sales.
  • Demonstrated experience of selling SaaS (Cloud business) leading Strategic transformational deals.
  • Experience and knowledge selling in Infor's focus industry (Industrial manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Automotive)
  • Business level of English (Speaking, Listening, and Writing)
Preferred Experience
  • 10 years   experience of direct sales where leading business and establishing relationships with C-level/Senior level managements in enterprise accounts.
