We are currently seeking a Value Enginerring, Sr. Principal base in France to cover southern Europe sales activities.


Ideally this would be someone currently in a similar role today, or are looking to step up from a lead enterprise solution pre-sales or lead implementation role.


The VE role combines the competencies of strategy consulting, business analysis, and project management.
VE Consultants, Principals and Senior Principals work with C-level executives at Infor’s premier customers to define long-term business/technology strategy; create iron-clad business cases; and build strategic – outcome based - roadmaps. Internally, value engineers lead and manage cross-functional project teams on high- profile VE engagements; drive value selling capabilities; and develop thought leadership for Infor.

• Business process benchmarking

• Outcome opportunity analysis

• Benefit quantification

• Risk management recommendations

• Implementation roadmaps

• Change management implications

• Return on Investment analysis.

• Transformational strategies


 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong domain expertise in our key industry verticals: Manufacturing & distribution industries

• Multi-lingual (A priority are strong French and English skills)

• Expertise within the enterprise software industry or consulting
• Strong IT strategy experience and strong knowledge of ERP platforms.
• Consulting skills: quantitative analysis, documentation, process reviews, business strategy reviews

• Record of building strong customer relationships

• Demonstrated Facilitation skills (executive level)

• Executive presentation and communication skills

• Conduct thorough industry/account research and analysis

• Strong Project Management skills
• Passionate about customer success; delivering positive outcomes & creating value

• Driven, effective problem solver

 

PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Coaching and mentoring abilities
• Corkshop or Consulting background
