Opis i wymagania

Responsibilities:
  • Handle CSF v11 incidents from the Clients
  • Provide incident updates
  • Communicate with stakeholders
  • Cross functional co-ordination
  • Flexible to work in different time zones
Basic Qualification:
  • Infor (Lawson) CSF/FSM functional experience is  mandatory
  • Ability to articulate customer requirements into functional spec documents
Summary:
  • The Infor Managed Services(IMS) is looking for an experienced  CSF background (functional and technical) 
  • Ability to consult with external customers and build effective relationships 
  • Functional knowledge related to product and ability to work effectively in project teams 
  • Work experience in Lawson Payroll & Finance module
  • Lawson LSF environment 10.x is required (with Ming.le foundation 11.x)
  • Infor (Lawson) CSF/FSM functional experience is  mandatory
  • IPA hands on experience will be an added advantage
  • Working knowledge on any RDBMS such as SQL/Oracle/Informix/DB2 will be added advantage
  • Good Troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to write clear documentation of operating procedures
