Opis i wymagania

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify reference opportunities
  • Create a systematic approach for capturing, organizing, and maintaining a comprehensive database of customer references
  • Document customer use case information on top references to ensure effective sales reference request fulfillment
  • Drive customer reviews from vetted customer references to important review sites such as Gartner Peer Insights, Capterra etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling customer case studies, success stories, videos, and other reference assets
  • Educate and enable internal departments about reference program processes and resources
  • Collaborate with fulfillment team to make sure all reporting needs of the BU are fulfilled
  • Manage customer points/ program incentives and ensure timely redemption upon customer's request

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting, finance, marketing, or information technology.
  • 1– 3 years’ experience in a customer service or relationship management role

Required Skills:

  • Strong English language skills required (speaking and writing); additional language(s) a plus
  • High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in customer facing roles
  • Strong English language skills required (speaking and writing); additional language(s) a plus
  • Highly diligent and process oriented
  • Organized and focused on goals
  • Proficiency with business intelligence reporting tools
  • High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Expected familiarity with a CRM system
  • Experience in sales is a plus
  • Background in Discrete Manufacturing industry is a plus
