A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

• Develops proficiency in Infor applications, tools, and processes within the department’s scope.
• Collaborates with project teams to develop and execute both manual functional and automated test cases based on design specifications and requirements.
• Performs both manual and automated testing activities.
• Able to switch between automation and manual testing tasks as needed.
• Supports the testing environment and manages the full testing lifecycle.
• Analyzes test output, identifies discrepancies, and reports them using the defined reporting process to ensure proper functionality and new features during the release cycle.
• Provides root cause analysis of issues and recommends quality solutions and strategies, either independently or as part of a team.
• Coordinates and performs scheduled, ad-hoc, and emergency tasks within the department’s scope.
• Assists with the development and maintenance of the application.
• Participates in code reviews for test scripts within the test group.
• Conducts thorough regression testing.
• Collaborates with management to continuously provide feedback for improving the QA process.
• Creates and maintains QA functional documentation in the documentation wiki.
• Ensures team leadership is kept informed of schedules, timelines, statuses, issues, mitigations, and all other necessary or requested information.

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in development or product testing.
• Experience with automation testing using Selenium.
• Proficient in creating test cases and test scripts.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies.
• Working knowledge of defect tracking software (JIRA preferred).
• Familiarity with User Experience (UX) principles.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and effectiveness when collaborating with a high-performing team.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful, patient, persevering, self-motivated, and disciplined.

Preferred Qualifications:
