描述和要求

As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving software sales within your assigned territory to meet both personal and company revenue goals. You will manage key accounts, design strategies based on client needs, and bring a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and our solutions.

You’ll play a key role in promoting Infor’s hospitality portfolio, especially PMS (Property Management Systems), SCS (Sales & Event) and RMS (Revenue Management Systems), while also identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

%  Revenue Generation

  • Focus on selling core hospitality solutions (PMS, SCS, RMS)
  • Apply formal, professional sales techniques and tools
  • Build strong client relationships by delivering value-driven solutions
  • Nurture the customer by providing value added solutions
  • Influence marketing and sales strategy with strategic input
  • Serves as key point of contact for assigned customers
  • Maintenance of the internal CRM system
  • oBuilding and maintaining networks within the industry
20% – Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts
  • Keep CRM opportunities updated and current

Qualifications

  • Solid expertise in hospitality software solutions and industry trends
  • Knowledge of PMS systems and hotel operational workflows
  • Hospitality industry knowledge and the ability to articulate how to solve predefined business issues using Infor products and services
  • Must have an active directory of contacts to leverage existing client relationships
  • A proven performer in the hospitality software sales industry, with a track record of targeting and closing new accounts
  • Ability to understand customers´ and prospects´ requirements and turn them into proposed solutions

  • Capable of presenting technical information in a clear and compelling way to diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Consulting, Services, Customer Support, Development, Marketing, and Management
  • Ability to develop strategies with execution capabilities
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other Southern European languages is a strong advantage
