We are looking for a Senior HR Project Manager who is not only highly skilled but passionate about all things HR and driven to make meaningful change. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive leader who seizes opportunities to improve how we work, confidently challenges the status quo, and drives critical decisions that shape our HR initiatives and overall organizational success.

As a Senior HR Project Manager, you will lead complex and high-impact projects that span multiple functions and geographies. You thrive in ambiguity and excel at breaking down large, complex topics into clear, actionable plans that rally teams and stakeholders behind shared goals. Your mindset is one of continuous improvement, and you’re fearless when it comes to questioning existing processes — even when that means challenging senior leadership — to unlock better solutions.


A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Lead and own large-scale, complex HR projects that align tightly with Infor’s strategic vision and evolving business needs.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, success metrics, enablement and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate globally to define project scope, gather requirements, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Identify risks and opportunities early, crafting contingency plans and innovative solutions.
  • Drive decisions, consistent project updates, and transparent communication with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Use project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement, leading initiatives that refine HR processes and elevate operational effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide, global HR projects. 
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience using HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Experience communicating with senior leadership.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without via sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior HR experience such as HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, or HR Manager.
  • Experience leading change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
