Description & Requirements

The Administrative Assistant will oversee key operational activities across India locations, ensuring efficient management of facilities, coordination of events, and effective communication between offshore teams and onshore management. This role supports organizational goals by addressing location-specific needs, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a cohesive work environment.


Responsibilities:

- Manage facilities and seating arrangements to support employee needs.

- Act as a liaison between facilities, HR, Finance, and management for seamless operations.

- Coordinate organization-wide events and meetings across key locations in India.

- Facilitate communication between onshore management and offshore HR/Finance.

- Organize leadership meetings in Hyderabad, Pune, and Ahmedabad.


Required skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative or operations management.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Experience working in a multinational or IT/enterprise environment.

- Familiarity with facilities management and event planning.

- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration between diverse teams.

- Proficiency in managing operations across multiple locations.
