We are looking for a highly motivated person who will provide scalable services to customers including but not limited to - onboarding, answer customer requests, and promote customers to become references…


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Guide Infor customers to maximize their software investment in a 1 to many group settings.
  • Provide attention to customers, minimizing disruptions and maximizing software use for better business outcomes.
  • Present live and recorded webinars to enhance customer experience.
  • Spot risks to customer goals and create plans to address them.
  • Cultivate customer advocates who provide references.
  • Support the customer lifecycle with onboarding, adoption workshops, proactive outreach, and regular health reports. Provide updates on customer progress and perform benchmarking as needed.
  • Continuous improvement on materials, ways to deliver this to customers and the creation of media for our customers.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience working with ERP, Cloud, or SaaS companies and software.
  • Experience working in a customer management role providing support.
  • Full proficiency in English.


Preferred Qualifications:

  •      Experience working in a role managing multiple client/customer relationships.


Location: Montes Urales Norte 505, Col, Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, 11000 Ciudad de México (hybrid role – 3 days per week in the office).
