Description & Requirements

The Business Analyst must have hands on and strong knowledge on HCM and its modules (Core GHR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Absence, Payroll etc.), he will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify process improvements, while also translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, as well as a deep and strong understanding of HCM processes and modules.

Roles and responsibility:


* Strong knowledge on HCM application and its modules (Core GHR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Absence, Payroll etc.),

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong Understanding on SDLC & Agile methodologies.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Domain knowledge/Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics/Reporting

* Experience on Analytics Tool such as Birst, Power BI, Tableau is a plus.

* Functional Design and experience of working with Agile methodologies (product development)

* Worked on at least one complete end to end implementation project in HCM product.

* Experience in Infor HR Talent Application is a Plus.
