This role is pivotal in generating a qualified pipeline by aligning regional marketing initiatives with business goals.

You will report to the Senior Director of Marketing: South and Central Europe.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute localised marketing programs and events that align with Italy and Spain's annual field marketing strategy.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, alliances, global marketing) and external partners (vendors, customers).

  • Plan and deliver various marketing activities, including webinars, executive-level events, industry trade shows, user groups, and digital experiences.

  • Support targeted sales initiatives and pipeline acceleration by aligning marketing assets and high-value offers with sales strategies.

  • Amplify campaigns through organic social media and collaboration with internal teams.

  • Collaborate with global marketing to create and execute integrated campaigns tailored to focus industries and key accounts.

  • Track and report on demand generation performance, ROI, and funnel metrics.

  • Manage the development of localised assets including customer success stories, thought leadership content, and research reports.

  • Oversee third-party vendors from briefing to execution, ensuring delivery on KPIs.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and accruals with precision and accountability.

  • Utilise modern marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation, ABM, CRM, and webinar solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Solid experience in B2B marketing program management in the IT/software industry.

  • Proven expertise in lead generation and field marketing, with strong knowledge of current marketing best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot), CRM systems, and webinar platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability in digital marketing and social media strategy.

  • Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Spanish would be a good plus.

  • Strong presentation and copywriting skills.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report marketing performance.

  • Adept in managing projects and third-party vendors to meet strategic goals.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B marketer with a strong background in the IT industry, a deep understanding of the buyer journey, and expertise in multi-channel demand generation. This role requires strong collaboration with field sales, channel and alliance partners, global marketing teams, and customers.

We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on professional with a proven track record of delivering impactful demand generation programs that drive measurable ROI.
