Description & Requirements

The Technical Support Analyst for Infor LN provides technical support to customers, answering complex questions on the function and usage of the product via the telephone and/or remote connections. Support includes technical and program analysis, testing and debugging to resolve customer reported issues. This position serves as primary support liaison between company and customer, in a highly team-oriented environment. We are looking for Support Analysts to strengthen our technical team in a technical environment that is evolving at a fast pace.


A Day In The Life Includes: 

  • Resolves client technical questions or problems in system set up, functionality and product enhancements within the LN Tools Module of the ERP.
  • Proactively keeps customers informed of how and when problems are resolved with focus on retention and reference ability.
  • Involved in any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Provides high quality and professional customer experience while meeting or exceeding established KPI’s and creating quality knowledge content.


Basic Qualifications: 

  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Experience working with RDBMS (example: Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Experience with programming Language (C++, Java, Python, etc.)
  • Experience with Operating Systems (Linux, Unix, Windows)


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working with ERP software.
