Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (React/Redux/TypeScript & C#)

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team focused on building ad-hoc reporting features and enhancing out Microsoft Office add-ins within our EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) software platform. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable expertise in React, Redux, TypeScript, and C#—alongside a proven ability to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, contributing to architectural decisions, writing clean code, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Feature Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, and maintain ad-hoc reporting functionality using React/Redux/TypeScript on the front end and C# on the back end.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts,  UI/UX designers to define feature requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.

1. System Architecture & Integration

• Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable applications.
• Integrate front-end components with back-end services, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance.
1. Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to team members to maintain code quality.
1. Performance & Reliability

• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize solutions for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
1. Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Management, QA, DevOps, etc.) for continuous product improvements.
• Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
1. Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, applying them as applicable to enhance our development processes.
• Provide input on process improvements, coding standards, and agile practices.

Mandatory Requirements

1. React, Redux & TypeScript(Preferred)

• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience building large-scale, component-based web applications with React and Redux.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, including interfaces, generics, and other advanced features.
• Demonstrable experience in optimizing front-end performance and state management.
1. C# .Net Backend Development

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience developing RESTful APIs or services in C#.
• Solid understanding of .NET framework or .NET Core, with ability to build and maintain scalable server-side applications.
1. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills

• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience with debugging and issue resolution in both front-end and back-end environments.
1. Collaboration & Communication

• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with distributed teams.
• Demonstrable ability to mentor junior developers and lead by example.
1. Smart, Fast Learner

Preferred / Plus Skills

1. C++ Development

• Exposure to C++ in any domain (e.g., system-level programming, performance-critical applications) will be considered a strong plus.
1. Test Automation (Unit tests / Cypress / Playwright)

• Experience writing end-to-end tests to ensure product stability and quality.
1. Version Control (Git)

• Proficient in Git workflows (feature branching, pull requests, code review).
• Knowledge of best practices to maintain a clean and well-structured commit history.
1. Cloud Services

• Familiarity with any cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) for hosting and managing infrastructure.
