The Enterprise Sales Leader India will directly report to the VP Sales and be responsible for increasing net new and cloud upgrade sales for Enterprise Segment across all Infor’s portfolio.

They will lead, develop and coach Account Managers, who identify, qualify and drive opportunities to a successful close, as well as supporting your new business sales team through each stage to increase performance, including developing senior executive relationships at key customers and prospects. 

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and hands-on sales leader, who is able to inspire the team as well as understand and communicate the value of the company’s vision and products/services to the Enterprise customers. 

A typical day in the life includes:

  • Achieve Net New business sales and cloud upgrade targets, managing a team of 4+. 
  • Develop and execution of a strategic and tactical plan for penetrating and winning Enterprise customers in the manufacturing / Distribution / Supply Chain sectors across India.
  • Managing the whole sales cycle working with all Infor teams including BDRs, Insides Sales, pre-sales, professional services and Customer Success. 
  • Maintaining the whole team forecast, pipeline and status, being very process and detailed orientated.
  • Improving lead generation and networking techniques to generate more net new business for the team. 
Basic Qualifications:

  • Have a successful track record in net new business sales, having managed teams of 4+, with a proven ability to create high performance teams and to lead them to success.
  • Have experience selling complex SaaS / Cloud / ERP Solutions and be use to working with long sales cycles
  • Be experienced selling complex solutions across India in the manufacturing / distribution / supply chain sectors
  • Be use to working in a highly matric structure, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder.
  • Be able to run a business unit and drive the sales engine, and therefore be a strong administrator, being process orientated.

  • Highly motivated individual with a results-driven orientation and capability of multi-tasking 
  • Proven as a self-starter, fast-learner, and agent of change. 
  • Natural leader, team builder and driver; able to act as a role model for the team. 
  • Action-oriented, resilient, hands-on and entrepreneurial.
