描述和要求

As a Sr Product Support Analyst, you will work with global clients to triage reported issues and resolve those issues within organizations service level agreements. The product this person will support is Infor FSM Financials software.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Manage high volume of tasks in fast paced environment (Including client escalations,  frequent calls and zoom meetings).
  • Work with customers virtually to resolve issues utilizes excellent organizational skills to allow high throughput of assigned tasks.
  • Develop skills in the application's functional areas as well as latest supporting technologies.
  • Help to create / update Knowledge Base content and advises on areas of improvements.
  • Assist in testing and verification of fixes and/or new customer deliverables for Infor’s products. Reporting any anomalies to Development.
  • Participate in providing support of new product features / fixes and teaches other Support Analysts about product features, changes to existing processes and procedures, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with Windows OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience working with Infor FSM Financials Software.
  • Experience working with global clients to resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SQL query writing experience.
  • Experience working in a business setting such as healthcare or public sector.
