JOB SUMMARY:

Employee would be part of transaction processing operations within F&A, would be part of on one of the domains such as AP or AR or GL. Would be trained on various activities as part of Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations set-in place from time to time. Perform a variety of specialized duties that are assigned as part of the Domain.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process transactions as per the SLA (both Accuracy & TAT)

• Updating respective trackers timely and accurately

• Follow-up on the transactions in pending status with dependency

• At month-end, ensure processing of assigned tasks is completed timely & accurately as per the month close calendar.

• Develop a high standard for quality of work and maintain a strong work ethic.


KEY COMPETENCIES

• Quick Learner & Self-Starter – Push Vs. Pull Factor

• Effective Time Management – Ability to operate well in a deadline-oriented environment.

• Must be flexible and able to work varying / additional hours during busy periods.

• Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers.

• Strong interpersonal and self-motivational skills.

• Exposure to MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

• Infor product knowledge a plus, but not required.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Fresher’s – B. Com. / BBA

0-1 Yr. Experience – Graduate in any stream.
