Infor Customer Experience Manager, Associate provide Infor customers with guidance and helping customers achieve maximum value from their Infor investment in a 1 to many format. Provide attention for customers to minimize disruption, maximize the existing software adoption and utilization, and achieve business outcomes. Deliver LIVE and recorded webinar sessions that improve customer experience

A Day in the Life Typically Includes

  • In-Tuned with capabilities of Infor applications including Best Practices
  • Identify risks to the customer in achieving their stated business goals and develop a risk mitigation plan.
  • Customer retention including supporting the renewal process
  • Secure customer references by creating raving fans
  • Specific Customer Lifecycle support may include:
  • Onboarding Sessions
  • Adoption Workshops
  • Proactive Outreach to customers
  • Mutual Benefit Touchpoints
  • Report on Customer Health
  • Show progress of customer adoption derived from technology and service investment
  • Perform benchmarking as appropriate
What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
Education 
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
Required Skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing demands and market conditions
  • Commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a collaborative environment within and outside the region
  • Interest in technology and ability to understand technical concepts and data such as Cloud, Database, ERP Applications
  • Has internship or thesis related to customer service and stakeholder management
  • Amenable to work in BGC
What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with key technology
  • Data Analysis and attention to details
  • Experience working with customers to have a good working knowledge of customer management, support, & experience
  • Experience with ERPs
  • Proven strong communication, and influencing skill
  • Strong Presentation skills is a must
  • Multiple Language including English a plus
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
