As a seasoned program and delivery leader, you will oversee multiple scrum teams and drive execution across the product lifecycle—planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch support. You will manage sprint cadences, delivery timelines, risk mitigation, team velocity tracking, and cross-team dependencies while serving as the primary point of contact for leadership, engineering, product, and customer stakeholders.

This role demands strong leadership, deep experience with agile frameworks, and the ability to manage enterprise-scale technical programs with multiple moving parts and high visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end project and delivery management for multiple Agile teams (Dev, QA, DevOps, Data, Architects).

· Oversee release planning, backlog grooming, sprint execution, and delivery roadmap alignment.

· Manage program timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables.

· Work closely with product managers, engineering leads, and executives to align scope, priorities, and outcomes.

· Track team velocity, sprint performance, and use Agile metrics (burn-down, cycle time) to continuously optimize execution.

· Proactively identify risks and blockers, escalate appropriately, and drive resolution through facilitation and follow-up.

· Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and accountability across distributed teams.

· Facilitate scrum ceremonies, retrospectives, PI planning, and sprint reviews at both team and program levels.

· Create and maintain program-level dashboards, reports, and stakeholder communications.

· Lead go-live planning, customer delivery readiness, and post-deployment assessments.

· Coach and mentor project managers, scrum masters, and team leads in Agile best practices and servant leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

· 12–18 years of experience in project/program management, with at least 5+ years managing Agile software delivery teams.

· Proven track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary engineering teams (12–30+ members) across geographies.

· Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies in product-based or platform organizations.

· Expertise in project planning, sprint tracking, and delivery orchestration using tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

· Strong understanding of modern SDLCs including DevOps, microservices, cloud deployments, and data engineering workflows.

· Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong understanding of risk management, resource balancing, and project budgeting.

· Ability to influence without authority, facilitate across teams, and thrive in matrixed environments.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Scrum@Scale Practitioner.

· Experience in cloud-native, data-centric, or platform product delivery environments (AWS, Kubernetes, Spark, etc.).

· Background in enterprise SaaS delivery, with exposure to customer implementation and support cycles.

· Familiarity with data governance, MDM, or data migration programs.

· Experience working with global delivery teams and enterprise clients in regulated industries.
