As a Senior Solution Consultant for Workforce Management, you’ll be the trusted advisor and technical expert for WMF solutions. Working closely with our sales and consulting teams, you’ll guide strategic customers through complex challenges, deliver solution designs, and demonstrate the power of Infor technology. This is a unique opportunity to expand your skills, influence product strategy, and work on global, high-profile projects.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with strategic customers and prospects to understand complex workforce management needs.
• Lead solution design, implementation planning, and demonstrations of WMF solutions.
• Support sales teams by responding to RFPs and creating tailored proposals.
• Act as a subject-matter expert, providing guidance and mentoring within the team.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer success.
• Engage with executives and stakeholders, translating technical solutions into business impact.

Key Attributes:

• English & Spanish fluency (any additional language such as German, Italian, French, Nordic languages highly valued)

• Technical and functional expertise in Workforce Management solutions (WMF or equivalent).
• Comfortable with backend systems, scheduling engines, time & attendance, and workforce planning tools.
• Confident interacting with executives and presenting complex solutions.
• Team-oriented, culturally open, and driven to find innovative solutions.
