To support our Americas Infor Consulting Services (ICS) Sales team, we are searching for hungry and ambitious Inside Client Partner who wishes to make their mark in IT Sales. If you are a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator, we would like to train you to understand and position Infor Services offerings and to manage customer relationships that require both individual leadership as well as collaboration across departments.

You will be part of a small tightly-knit team, based in the US. This is a high impact, individual quota-carrying position that allows you to take total ownership of your success. Your focus will be in managing and forecasting complete sales cycles with existing Infor customers, building relationships over the phone and web that will extend our footprint within our customer base. To support you in your achievements, we will be regularly running campaigns, provide you with Sales skills coaching, and supply you with Marketing leads. You will be building detailed offers that help address our customers’ business needs. This requires a sharp mind, a good eye for detail and extensive interaction with Internal Departments to make sure all planned work is documented correctly and follows internal procedures. Combined, the above activities will provide a solid foundation for a successful career path in Technology sales.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • The Client Partner is responsible for growing customer share and pipeline within assigned customer accounts. 
  • You will own the duty of selling Infor’s services by partnering with customers and demonstrating value and delivering business outcomes. Manage, develop, and own customer satisfaction for existing clients. 
  • You will own and manage the sales cycle and be responsible for accurate and timely revenue forecasting. 
  • Responsible for devising and executing against territory sales strategy and plan, to include demand generation programs and activities. 
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and clients to assist in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving any challenges or concerns

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in enterprise software professional services or IT services with an understanding of ERP environments
  • Experience selling and/or delivering services while developing senior-level business relationships
  • Experience in solution sales environment, managing complex accounts
  • Experience managing account relationships and in securing new business
  • Experience selling the value of a complex solution sale in technical terms to support our customer experience platforms
  • MS-Office suite and various other software applications used as required such as CRM, Sales Force and Outreach.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bi-lingual with Spanish a plus
  • Experience achieving or exceeding quotas consistently
  • Experience selling sell value through a Consultative Selling approach
  • Technology sales and/or business development, demonstrated leadership skills, participation in service organizations, military experience
  • SaaS or Cloud services sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
