As Senior Manager of Infor Subscription Services, you will oversee renewal, retention and revenue targets for a defined region or product group. You’ll balance stewardship (protecting and expanding our subscription base), economic thinking (maximizing ROI) and integrity to achieve positive customer outcomes. You will also manage and build and mentor a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Ensure all renewals align with Infor’s practices and procedures, upholding the highest standards of integrity in negotiations.
  • Develop data-driven renewal tactics grounded in economic thinking and first-principles analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Billing, GPS Care to provide input on customer strategies and seeking specific outcomes
  • Drive professional growth through regular feedback, training and quarterly renewal-cycle reviews.
  • Deliver accurate quarterly forecasts for invoicing, bookings and renewal pipelines.
  • Personally manage escalations and complex renewals, balancing principled entrepreneurship by balancing risk and reward responsibly.

Required skills:

  • Experience with Subscription or SaaS renewal management.
  • Experience in sales and negotiation.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams.
