Description & Requirements

Responsibilities: 
Define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for our ML Engines to align with objectives. 
Translate complex, ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements for enterprise applications. 
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable ML models, including time series forecasting, anomaly detection, clustering, classification, regression, recommendation, and semantic search. 
Develop high-quality Python code with a focus on maintainability, including unit and functional testing, version control, code reviews, and CI/CD. 
Build expertise in deploying ML solutions using AI&ML, ensuring smooth integrations and user accessibility. 
Work with stakeholders to identify business challenges that can be solved with AI/ML. 
Communicate the results and their implications to the business stakeholders. 
Perform exploratory data analysis on large and complex datasets to assess data quality, extract, and share insights. 
Work on innovative and pragmatic solutions using the latest AI/ML technologies in different industries.
Proficient programming skills in Python and data-querying skills in SQL and/or PySpark, etc.  
Development experience in Python, PySpark, Neo4j, SQL, and scientific libraries for statistical analysis and ML. 
Experience in explainable AI (XAI), AutoML, GraphML and MLOps. 
Ability to communicate your ideas/code clearly through blog posts, kernels, GitHub.  
Effective verbal and written communication, and presentation skills to explain difficult technical topics to different audiences from scientists to engineers to business partners.  
Good data modelling and problem-solving skills. 
Process and evaluate complex enterprise datasets to generate actionable insights that add value to our customers. 
Present technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders in an accessible manner, using reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Experience in developing and implementing advanced ML models in real-world settings. 
Data modelling and handling large datasets, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. 
Experience using JIRA for task management and collaboration.
