The Head of GPS Sales UK & Ireland will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth plan to maximize the sales success of Infor’s Consulting, Professional Services business in UK&I. This includes driving sales through Infor's Services Industries verticals with a team of quota carrying sales professionals selling Infor’s broad services portfolio.

Reporting into the VP GPS Sales EMEA your role will be focused on expanding the region and achieving our growth strategy. You will be expected to provide leadership and direction to the CE Consulting, Professional Services Sales organization to improve top line performance on an ongoing basis, drive initiatives to add new customers and initiate processes to engage with existing customers to pursue additional business.

We are looking for a proven IT Services / Consulting Sales Leader. In the Infor organization, you will closely collaborate with the Consulting Delivery units as well as the Software sales team as a key success factor. You will be closely interacting with key customers directly with a hands-on approach. The Head of GPS Sales will quickly grasp key near-term initiatives and opportunities to achieve the desired results.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead the transformation journey of Infor Global Services for Services Sales.
  • Provide outstanding leadership to the Services Sales team resulting into the achievement of sales, profit and growth targets for Services in the UK&I region.
  • Recruit, develop and manage and coach sales talents.
  • Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual targets of Infor Services.
  • Planning and deployment of field coverage across assigned territories.
  • Formulating Demand Generation strategies and initiatives to grow Consulting Sales Business.
  • Managing key customer relationships.
  • Managing and execution to a defined sales plan and goals.
Knowledge and Skills, you bring to the organization:
  • Proven experience of managing a quota carrying new business consulting / services sales organizations, preferably in a company that provides large enterprise software solutions (ERP, SCM, CRM, EPM, Financial Applications, HCM)
  • Experience in Mid- to Large- Consulting organizations is also preferred.
  • Know-how of Cloud solutions.
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C-level executives.
  • Good understanding of consultative selling approaches.
  • Analytic and strategic strong in thinking, execution and messaging.
  • High integrity and credibility.
  • Strong intellect with a drive to develop and promote new ideas.
  • Diplomatic, flexible, with a good team approach.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial and commercial instinct.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Degree, or equivalent work experience is preferred, an MBA a plus.
  • Able to travel at least 50% of the time.
