The Sr Manager, IT Infrastructure position entails guiding onsite IT teams across the globe to guarantee timely, high-quality, and efficient IT services for end-users at Infor's key locations. The leader, based in Alpharetta, North America, will manage an organization of more than 50 employees worldwide, with regional leaders reporting directly to them.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Proven ability to set a vision and create a long-term strategy for an IT organization.
Hire, Develop and Retain contribution motivated employees.
Led a high-performing team through leaders of leaders.
Maximized team achievements and inspired employees to align with the vision.
Built trust with IT teams, business leaders, and executives by addressing business needs.
Balanced end-user needs with technological requirements.
Technology Knowledge: Endpoint Security, Microsoft Auto-Pilot, Intune, Global Warehousing (Laptops & Accessories).

Required skills:

Experience defining a clear vision and motivating the team to align to that vision.
Vendor Management experience.
Recruiting, mentoring, and retaining highly motivated staff within an international setting.
Experience leading a global IT team providing reliable IT Support.
Stakeholder Management and experience partnering with other IT teams, Business Leaders and Executives in understanding and addressing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Long term/strategic thinking.
Leading a high performing team.
Experience in working with Executives and Executive Administrators.
