描述和要求

The CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) technical support representative will work with customers to identify and resolve technical support cases covering North America, Central America, and South America.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Both functional and technical support for the Infor CPQ product line.
  • Investigate complex questions or issues by creating new testing examples.
  • Create new knowledge base articles to capture common questions or issues.
  • Enhance existing knowledge base articles.
  • Serve as primary support liaison between the Infor CPQ business unit and the customers.
  • Continuous self-study to improve product/technical knowledge.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with technical support of cloud applications.
  • Experience working in a technical support role with cloud applications experience.
  • Written and spoken English language skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
  • Experience debugging with various browser tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Configure Price Quote application(s).
  • Experience working with manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working with customers throughout a sales process.
  • Experience working with CAD systems.

Location:  Mexico City, Mexico:  Hybrid role:  3 days in office and 2 days working from home/remote.
