Infor are recruiting a VP Managed Services - Global Delivery who will be responsible for driving end to end global delivery excellence, supporting global customers. Managing global teams, the VP will be passionate about fostering cross functional relationships and driven to secure outstanding customer outcomes, as well as revenue targets. Experience working for a cloud / saas business is essential. ERP experience would be ideal.

Infor Managed Services (IMS) is part of our Global Professional Services (GPS) division offering a cost-efficient subscription model for our customers helping to maintain their specific software processes. IMS acts as the primary service provider for any non-standard requirements of Infor ERP Products. IMS provides world-class service excellence through following ITIL standards set across all Managed Services clients worldwide.

A day in the life typically includes:
  • Lead and develop the service delivery function, leading strategic initiatives and embed a culture of continuous improvement through the delivery team while meeting customer delivery deadlines and quality standards.
  • Enable and champion a service delivery culture, promote ongoing service improvements, to improve quality and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders across the business to understand and deliver on new business opportunities.
  • Overall accountability of the quality of service and performance, ensuring future growth projections.
  • Build and drive a high-performance culture across business, suppliers, contractors and permanent staff to ensure single-minded focus on the outcomes of the program.
  • Analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize service delivery. 
  • Manage the performance of the team, as well as promote and support career development.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in Managed Services and Global Delivery.
  • Experience working for in a GSI and therefore understand scale and complexity.
  • Experience with automation and transformation, with a strong history of driving efficiencies and innovation.
  • Experience of running and scaling large global service delivery teams across multiple international locations in an agile industry.
  • Experience delivering a culture of service excellence in an agile business; always putting our customers, our people and our business at the center of everything.
