Description & Requirements

As a Customer Care Representative you will often find the that job differs day to day. Ideally you will be in travel distance from the office to work on site with flexibility for remote work over time. You will need to be comfortable in working within a team environment and alone. Working closely with other team members across EMEA as well as Global colleagues. The initial contract will be for 9 months with potential to extend or made permanent.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Answers customer phone calls and validates entitlement to services.
  • Logs inbound support calls/emails, prioritizes them and collects required information.
  • Monitors various portals as well as mailboxes for customer Inquiries
  • Contact Registrations and sets temporary support extensions when and if applicable.
  • Routes and directs escalated calls as needed for resolution.
  • Responsible for language translation of inbound support calls and emails.
  • Required skills:
  • Fluent English and German capabilities both written and verbal,
  • Problem solving and detail-oriented with a focus on process and quality.
  • Well organized
  • Excellent communication
  • Customer service focused (both internal and external)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service and admin type role in a team environment.
  • Degrees or Certifications are not Essential
  • Competent in using MS Office, Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
