As an Education Operations Specialist, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver appropriate learning customer care outreach and support and provide learning path solutions that have been designed to meet customer/stakeholder satisfaction.

What You Will Need?
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Presentation Skills
  • Sharepoint administration knowledge
  • Jira administration knowledge
  • LMS administration experience
  • Call center experience

A Day In A Life Typically Includes:
  • Responsible for onboarding, periodic outreach, customer consumption, drive customer sentiment, gather feedback and close the loop on customer input
  • Enabling User Administrator by creating disseminating, guiding, and training such as coordinating daily overview sessions
  • Document details of customer/stakeholder’s inquires that identify the issue, solutions, and customer satisfaction
  • Use feedback from customers/stakeholders to update and maintain an accurate Knowledge database
  • Supporting candidates for certification w/ Kryterion and Certmetrics and internal certification teams
  • Working all LMS platform related issues to include features and
  • functionality, documenting processes and reporting bugs / bug fixes, testing releases, troubleshooting by analyzing error messages, maintain issue reporting, and track other relevant data to understand the root cause of the issue. Provide step-by-step instructions to resolve the issues
